This housing project is located on a valley surrounded with very steep slopes on (3) sides.  The main access road is designed using the existing dirt road and houses would be organized along this axis road with bio-swale while minimizing the impact to existing slopes and natural drainage system.  The idea is to make the buildings as part of landscape with means of green/garden roofs and terraces.  The future complex amenities to include jogging trails, photovoltaic farms, picnic areas as gathering and social interaction places while maintaining the privacies of the residents.
